CSsolution is a bilingual, browser-based company-secretarial system for Hong Kong practices. It keeps a company secretarial company's companies, people, Companies Registry forms, statutory registers, CDD records and Document Register in one place, and prepares and e-files CR forms. Companies of any place of incorporation may be recorded; the filings the system prepares are the Hong Kong CR/BR forms.

The Companies Registry forms NAR1 (annual return), NR1 (change of registered office), ND2A (appointment or cessation of director/secretary), ND2B (change in particulars), ND4 (resignation), NNC1 and NNC1G (incorporation), NNC2 (change of name), NSC1 (return of allotment), NR2 (location of registers), NDR1 (deregistration) and AD (rectification). It also prepares IRBR200 (commencement of business) and IRC3110A (change of business name) for the Business Registration Office, the share-transfer pack, the CDD form and the CS engagement letter, and prints the company register and share certificates.

Yes, as an add-on, and only for a login allowed to file. Nine forms can be e-filed: NAR1, NR1, ND2A, ND2B, ND4, NNC1, NNC1G, NNC2 and NSC1. The form is checked with the Registry, signed with the signer's own CR e-Services credentials, then sent to the company's CR e-Drive or submitted from the app; the Registry's receipts are kept.

Five yearly plans: HK$5,000 for up to 50 companies, HK$9,000 for 100, HK$12,000 for 200, HK$16,000 for 400, and HK$25,000 for 1,000. Each includes one user; extra user places are HK$1,000 a year. The CR e-filing add-on is 20% of the package (plan plus extra blocks), capped at HK$5,000. There is no set-up fee; government and insurance fees are not included.

Yes — 15 days. The trial starts when CSsolution approves the company, not when the registration form is submitted.

At app.cssolution.hk/register/. The form asks for the company's Business Registration No. (looked up at the Companies Registry), a contact person, the number of companies it will manage, and a picture code. CSsolution reviews and activates the company, usually within one working day, then e-mails an activation link; the applicant chooses their own password. Nothing is usable before that — there is no instant account.

ID and passport numbers, dates of birth, mobile numbers and sources of wealth are encrypted in the database, with the key kept outside it. Each company's records are separated by row-level security, backups are encrypted, and two-factor sign-in is required on this deployment (authenticator app or passkey). Every change, sign-in and export is written to an audit log kept for twelve months.

Yes. A company can switch on Review before posting: a colleague's change waits for a supervisor to approve it, and the maker cannot approve their own change. The setting is off by default. Every change is also written to the audit log.
